How to book?

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

You can book anytime, however we do get very busy so we recommend that you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day to check availability. Please also note there are some area's where we can do weekend bookings only.

How long does a day's hire last?

Generally speaking, we deliver as per your requirements. Normally this is would be a bouncy castle delivered in the morning and picked up in the evening but it depends entirely on when your event starts and finishes.

Is your equipment safe?

Yes, all of our inflatables are tested each year to ensure that they reach strict safety standards. All our electrical equipment is tested and checked after each use.

How much does it cost?

All prices are available on our website. Prices may vary depending on the intended use i.e. home/business or location

All bookings are confirmed once the non refundable €32 deposit has been received. Full payment is due 3 days prior to the booking & we will provide you with an online payment link to pay the balance.

What is the cancellation policy?

**If you need to Cancel or Rearrange your booking, you must contact us by email 72 hours before the booking date.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We require a non refundable deposit of €32 to book an inflatable at Premier Events.
However due to high demand for bookings in the month of May, we are taking a non refundable deposit of €52 per booking.

Some specialized units like Marquees & Gazebo require a non refundable €100 deposit.

How do I pay?

You can pay by Credit / Debit card or Revolut when you book online or you can pay by Credit / Debit card 3 days before your booking. We will provide you with an online link to pay the balance.

Can I put a Bouncy Castle indoors?

Yes, many of our inflatables are designed to go indoors and we have been to many venues in the local area.

What types of castles do you have?

We have a large range of Bouncy castles, Obstacle courses, Slides, inflatable games & Garden games. They come in all different shapes & sizes to suit any size garden.

Are dogs or small animals allowed on?

No, dogs and small animals should not be kept let on the inflatables, this is not fair on them and could be quite scary for them.

Do you have themed castles?

Yes we have many different themes such as Frozen, Looney Tunes, Disney, Simpsons, Smurfs, & many more which you can view under the Bouncy Castle, Combi units, Obstacle Course, Slides & Games sections of our website.

What does the price include?

The price includes delivery on your chosen day usually between 9am and 12 noon. We can deliver and collect at a time that suits you. Our trained staff will set the inflatable up for you. It also includes Blower fan & safety mats.

What if it's a wet day? Do I still have to pay?

As long as we not delivered the inflatable then you can cancel and you will not incur a charge. However, if you do wish to cancel, please ring as early as possible in the morning if you intend to cancel your order.Once we have delivered and erected the bouncy castle, a fee is applied.

What sort of surface is required for the inflatable?

The surface where you are placing the inflatable needs to be flat, preferably grass and clean with no sharp objects including rocks.

How much space is required?

You will need to allow a minimum of 4 feet at the front of your inflatable and a minimum of 3 all around. Please make sure the surrounding area is clear of garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc.

Will a bouncy castle damage lawn grass?

A Bouncy Castle should only flatten the grass temporarily. It should return to normal within a couple of days. We will need to put stakes into your lawn to secure the bouncy castle but this will not damage your lawn long term.

Is there anything I need to do before the inflatable arrives?

Before your inflatable arrives you need to make sure that the area in which your inflatable is going is clean and clear from any sharp objects. Also please move all furniture (garden furniture, swings, play sets) so as not to cause obstruction.

Is there a limit to the number of children that can use the castle/slide/obstacle course at one time?

Yes each castle/slide/obstacle course has a guide printed on the side/front. Our drivers also advise on the capacities of our Inflatables during the safety briefing given on each delivery.

Are your units clean?

Yes. All our Inflatables are clean. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.

Can you deliver with no side entrance and take castle through the house?

Bouncy castles are often bigger and heavier than most people expect, and so to move them we use large sack trucks. Unfortunately if it should rain, water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed, sometimes on your carpet! Please contact us to discuss what options are available to you prior to booking.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured for public liability cover and copies of the insurance certificate can be supplied on request along with safety certificates for each castle.
