CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
At Premier Events we understand that sometimes it may become necessary to have to cancel or amend your booking with us. Our Cancellation/Refund Policy applies to all bookings and accompanies our Terms and Conditions.
- Cancellations or amendments must be completed 24hrs before your booking. All deposits and any payments made are non refundable in the event of cancellation. Once delivery has been completed (this includes when early delivery has been accepted), there will be no option for any refunds or date changes.
- Cancellation by YOU also includes: incorrect surface type stated, insufficient access width, inadequate hire space, failure to answer the door or inability to gain access to the venue together with any other items listed in our Terms & Conditions, as stated and are deemed to be your responsibility. All deposits and any payments made in these instances are non-refundable. If you cancel on the day of your booking, then the full booking fee will be charged if not already paid.
- Cancellation due to Health & Safety reasons including wind speeds over 24mph – bookings are to be moved to a future date agreed by both parties, subject to availability.
- Cancellation by US includes defective equipment, vehicle breakdown or staff absence. We will always attempt to find an alternative option to continue with the booking, but in the rare circumstance that we may have no other choice but to cancel, a full refund of any monies paid will be issued.
- All contracts between you and us are subject to contract force majeure.
- We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings resulting in any monies paid being lost.
